oh if it's online then here's one thing I did that worked for me: not allowing myself to do "fun" activities at my desk. if I did, I just moved myself elsewhere in the room or to another place. it helped my brain switch into Work Mode to get things done.

don't beat yourself up if you need to rest or nap after class. if you know you'll get distracted back at home, then stop at a library or café to get work done instead
