It speaks to the enormous power and influence of a small number of very disordered yet very wealthy and connected men in particular
The fact this has had to go through the courts is enraging, infuriating and shows how every institution (public and private) has been hopelessly captured/capitulated to one of the most regressive, misogynistic and hideous ideologies in recent memory. Everyone knows what a woman is.

Everyone should be aware of just how censorious Bluesky is- labelling important legal analysis relating to an imminent Supreme Court case as “intolerance”. Absolutely bonkers and reminiscent of Twitter in the good old days.
Utterly absurd, and wrong, that this post is marked by @bsky.app as "intolerance". In reality it consists of links to serious legal analysis, from someone whose opinion you might agree or disagree with.
