How many people were complicit in drawing out months of continuing genocide just so Trump could get the win on the Gaza ceasefire?

We're more than a decade into the social experiment that is google calendar's "speedy meetings", and it's time to admit that it has failed. How many collective decades of unrealized free time have taunted us, in blocks of 5 and 10 minutes, as speedy meetings inevitably drag to normal ones?

7 years after bollards were installed on the hudson river greenway in response to the 2017 truck attack, along the same bike path, pedestrians are being detoured onto unprotected city streets for 6 months.

This holiday season The Wirecutter has been trying to gaslight us all into believing that the average bag of potato chips or panettone you'd get at a local store are mediocre. It's all lies. The median versions of those things are delicious.

Spotify Wrapped is so predictable and boring. That’s why I use Tidal, where my Twapped top 5 has a song that I have never heard before.

Drake just signed a legal document acknowledging "Not Like Us" did him great harm.

Is this not the biggest defeat in hip-hop history?

Every east coast news publication has a “Why this rain won’t fix the drought” story that’s 500 words explaining how, for the drought to be over, there needs to stop being a drought (i.e. it needs to continue to rain periodically). Amazing stuff.

There’s a gag some medical instructors used to do when they explained that urine is sterile. They demo it by sticking a finger in a urine sample and then licking it, and inviting students to try. But the instructor licks a different finger.

Dr. Oz is saying that he was the dumb guy in that class.
New Trump nominee Dr. Oz once said “of course” he has tasted his own urine, claimed medical school forces doctors to taste it.

Dr. Oz: “Aren’t you curious about your urine?”
