Their last leaf and keel road albums are my go-tos when I'm feeling the blues

The first half was lit! I didn't care much for second half, not because of their playing; just didn't care for Beethoven.

You do know that they will be in Boston at end of Feb, right?

Solo outing to November performance no. 11 last night

Mark Adamo's Little Women presented by Boston Conservatory

We really do not deserve him

November performance no.9 tonight:

Jonathan Dove's Flight presented by New England Conservatory. Quarter of a century since its premiere, this opera hasn't aged one bit. Seeing this for a second time since 2015, I love it even more.

Yes, they came straight to Boston after the recital and arrived at 1:30am. They had time to do a sound check at the hall this morning.

Having said all that, the other night at symphony hall with the PRSO, everyone was filming and having a good time. It didn't bother me a bit. (And the ushers were instructed not to stop the patrons)
November 16, 2025 at 2:32 PM
Altho plenty of artists will repost audiences' vids of them playing on stage, so this just encourages the filming behavior.
