I have similar views on how the algorithm affects the way I interact with people offline. I feel like it really reflects on the person based on the posts they share, but I also get that it does not actually reflect them as much as it reflects their algorithm. #UTcommtheory

I have also seen a lot of coverage on homelessness in the U.S., especially with all the media coverage of homelessness increasing in places like Portland, Oregon. It really shows how the media pushes these issues to the public.

Parasocial relationships that have formed since childhood are so powerful. I grew up on daytime tv like Wendy and The View, too. As a bored home schooled teen, all of those ladies were a big part of my life. I haven't really kept up with them at all, but I can definitely relate to this post!
