Some of us have been pointing out this trend this for a while. Dems need to spend the next decade building brand loyalty at the local level in rural America or they are done in the Senate in all but the biggest D wave years. So far DNC leaders have no strategy to accomplish this

Matthew, are you coordinating building this? Spinning up front & back end to support necessary web infrastructure is probably quite straightforward. I know nothing about the law part but I'm unemployed for more than the next year and happy to drive that piece.

Can you elaborate on next-friend as it might relate to a system for filing habeus? If no right to lawyer, would you need to have previously gotten representation for your lawyer to file on your behalf?
