Here in the heavily censored liberal bubble of Bluesky, one might never know that Obama speechwriter Sarah Hurwitz just went on a rant lamenting that Holocaust education and social media are giving young people the idea that Israel destroying the lives and homes of poor, defenseless people is wrong.

Covid tests are not 99% accurate. Even PCR tests can return a substantial portion of false results in the real world due to variations in how the specimen collection and analysis is carried out. Negative results should not be relied upon to return to unprotected YOLO-ing.

You just don't know when to quit, do you?

I don't fault you for confusing Trump and Biden, because Biden carried out many of the policies, and pushed many of the same values as Trump. But Biden teamed up with Harris in a months long, very vague photo campaign centered on "finish the job" (before Harris tried to run with no policy positions)

A couple of miles south of Portland's main No Kings rally, this river otter was grooming itself and lounging on a fallen tree over the water while exuding the city's chill vibe.

Portland crows held their own version of a No Kings protest this morning. Here, a coopers hawk (lower right) is seen isolated and under pressure by a murder of crows in a tree at Oaks Bottom Park.

For those, like me, who are just waking up and haven't had their coffee yet, "find the huge elk" can be a sufficient challenge. 🥱

A couple of nights ago, while I was waiting for the light rail commuter train (MAX) in Portland, Oregon, I noticed a large wing flapping in the bushes on the other side of a nearby fence. Then this Barred Owl flew onto the fence and proceeded to scan left and right, anticipating the next course.

Yep. And Biden funded killer cops, without any reform requirements, by doing a much better job than Trump of hiding the toll of Covid (which killed a minimum of 400 Americans every single week he was in office until his last month), and pushing Covid funds to those cops, as their killings increased.

To be fair, the guy in the chicken suit is draping himself in the American flag. Perhaps the whole flag fondling chicken theme hit a little too close to home for Trump, and it has him scared.

No president had ever listened to Israel's Prime Minister outline his plan, hatched with the US Secretary of State, to ethnically cleanse and take over Palestine, Lebanon, and other areas, only to respond by wishing to secretly arm the illegal operation after a violent response was thereby provoked.

Biden promised OSHA Covid regulations to protect frontline workers from Covid. But once in office, he and Walensky blocked those regulations by falsely claiming that vaccines alone were all the protection workers (but not healthcare workers needed. The death toll of working aged ppl says otherwise.

The mistake lies in the empty spaces between the ears of his young and ignorant hackers who know nothing about the COBOL language, and thus missed the fact that any missing date will be calculated as 150 years ago.

You are confusing the results of manipulation based on propaganda about who could beat Trump with who represented the policies and values that most Americans want. And that's why, soon after Biden defeated Trump, he tanked and never recovered. Because who he is isn't who Americans want for president
February 3, 2025 at 7:57 AM
Not to put too fine a point on it, but when Biden and Walensky blocked the OSHA Covid regulations Biden promised frontline workers, the gutted regs took effect in July 2020. The next 7 months were by far the deadliest for working aged ppl (20 - 64) of the entire pandemic. That's deadly evil!

Biden could have focused on ending Trump's soft coup, but he chose "unity" with Trump's coup attempt supporters and coup attempt plotters instead
February 3, 2025 at 4:22 AM
Biden's job was to appoint an AG who would prosecute Trump for the crimes Mueller said were indictable as soon as Trump left office -- in addition to the soft coup attempt Trump was coordinating as of October 2020. But Biden picked the AG Lindsey Graham liked instead because he wanted "to move on."
February 2, 2025 at 7:40 PM
The house has been burning ever since Biden told his advisors that he didn't want his DOJ investigating Trump because he was more interested in unity with coup supporters and coup attempt plotters than protecting the country and the Constitution. That was in November 2020. Where have you been?

Apparently Google is done with Biden. Might be worrisome to those who followed him. lol

What stage of fascism is it when a giant tech corporation aligning itself with the new fascist regime omits president who just finished his one term from the list of recent presidents?

Yes, it's well documented that Hillary Clinton was very unpopular when she was running against the least qualified candidate in modern history. That's why she was able to lose to a loser like Trump.
