I'm a multitude of things, mostly just fed up with the daily bovine excrement. I'm a sensible casual with "Radical Marxist" views.

PFP is from a Picrew game.
In my experience it's one part laziness and two parts arrogance. Such is the folly of our subset of humanity, too many of us still reaching to snatch all the perks of being apex predator while willfully ignoring the price that we'll all have to pay in blood and bone.

Yup. Cuz a number of so-called "men", contrary to the assertion of being oh-so dominant, have the most fragile egos and sense of self in the history of existence.

The world is run by such offenders, that's why. Such is the unfortunate truth.

All because people were pissy about Trudeau with his reaction to the freedumb convoy, and there's too many short-sighted, dumb, racist white Canadians for the NDP to have had a chance so long as Singh was the party leader.

Nah, it's because JLo is a grown woman and not a child like Kelly's superiors love to molest.

The problem is that a number of his supporters are now fully regretting it, which could potentially embolden the Polio supporters/Maple MAGA to digging their heels in.

I'm not a die-hard fan of the PM, and I'm not willing to so easily give in to the worst-case scenario of his every decision.

Now I'm not going to call the move "brilliant", nor "catastrophic". I'm willing to call it for what it likely is: stringing the UCP leader along so that Alberta doesn't separate from the rest of Canada, making it believable yet improbable for her demands to be met...

That is unfortunately correct. Wasn't the only thing that tipped the scales, but it was the key thing that led to Carney being legitimately elected.

Unfortunately they won't because most (if not all) are tied to, and part of, this problem.
November 27, 2025 at 4:57 AM
The first few times it didn't work, then I stepped in between what could've been a fight and described to the aggressor in detail just what I would do to him if we had a "sharp, pointy tool" fight, with a straight face the whole time.

I wasn't messed with much after that, in general. 😅

It was real to you, that's what matters most. It wasn't foolish to assume that the friendship you had was genuine, for a time it may have been so.

It's not your fault, some friendships just aren't meant to withstand the test of time, no matter how special the bonds.
November 26, 2025 at 7:09 PM
Thank ya kindly! It can be difficult to remember, what with the social media landscape routinely circulating the negative over the positive.
November 26, 2025 at 8:10 AM
If I may, as a stranger who's been through similar experiences, sometimes the only reason that a friendship ends is that it just wasn't meant to last.

Doesn't make it hurt any less, I'm sorry for that, unfortunately sometimes it truly is what it is, so to speak.

Journalism ethics don't exist in the upper echelon of "Canadian" news media. In terms of Israel, Canada is in lockstep with the US, which itself is a vassal of Israel, so of course there's co-conspirators of damn near every nationality aligned with the chosen.

Just because you see the pattern doesn't mean everyone else can see it.

Sure, I see the pattern, but I also got to see much the same for the better part of fifteen years.

Ignorance, partisanship, and defensiveness is to be expected when dealing with such a blind congress of baboons.
November 25, 2025 at 11:17 PM
The unfortunate thing is far too many political party dick-riders will look at even the clearest of patterns and see no connection between incidents that have the same or similar energy.

It's as if deeply ingrained societal misogyny keeps brain cells from connecting in such folks.

Might be a good idea, if that keeps happening. Just gotta have some envelopes handy, makes things seem more professional that way.

Assuming nothing really drastic happens where I'm at, I should have at least another decade or two before really having to worry. Hope things improve for y'all.

I'm so sorry to hear that. As someone on disability support myself, I've essentially come to terms with the possibility that after my mother passes (which hopefully isn't for a while yet) there's a chance I end up homeless, so I at least have a basic understanding.
