I wouldn't be too mad if SynthV incorporated it as an additional (!!) method for acquiring voices, though if they do I'd love to see a 7/14-day free trial implemented on top for every voice

The place where VoiSona has SynthV massively (and humiliatingly) beat is marketing. To a crazy degree. From demonstrations to tie-ins to promotional content they do everything so much better than any other synth honestly. Also a huge fan of their boxes but that's neither here nor there

Synthesis quality for VoiSona is good across the board but the vocoder has some underlying issues still, nothing terrible just room for improvement. Functionality of libraries varies wildly in a kinda insane way because you have great libraries like MYK-IV and Lunon then you have... Soyogi Soyogi

Dunno man I'm used to this being the response to anything SynthV/Dreamtonics do at this point but it's exhausting to see. The (western) vocal synth community NEEDS to have something to be mad at, even if that thing is something they came up with on their own

I get that it was almost 5 years ago now, but the last time SynthV had a huge update (R1 to SVS) the discounts were INSANE. Like, less than $10 to upgrade the Editor, roughly $5~10 to upgrade any of the full Standard voices. Not to mention when SVAI came out Saki AI was free for everyone who had STD
