I keep thinking about getting back into using UTAU as a synth since I like... never use it these days but also I can never think of songs I want to Cover outside of K-Pop which I'd much rather be using SynthV for

Also a really controversial opinion (for some reason) but VoiSona's subscription system is extremely reasonable actually, especially given you have the option now to buy them outright and you can get the VoiSona version of CeVIO AI voices for free. Do wish they had a rent-to-own feature though.

The only synth in my book that comes close to beating SynthV anywhere is VoiSona, but it's not on quality or anything like that because the SynthV vocoder is far better (individual vbs sounding bad/weird =/= the vocoder itself being bad)

Not to bust out the comparisons but it's insane people are complaining about SVS2 POTENTIALLY being a paid update (no evidence for that yet) when other synths have gotten away with daylight robbery
