HUGE news for TTRPG players - researchers have developed a technique to make anything into fair dice. What's more, you can make exotic combinations like a single die that rolls the equivalent of 2d6. I would love a honking great 8d6 for D&D fireball damage... www.newscientist.com/article/2482...

I am happy to have played it even though it meant not being able to sign up for the same game run by lovely mr spike at chaosium-con.
This was my first experience with 11-13 which was highly enjoyable even though we had no clue how to play. I still have the character sheet for my first character and I can confirm that I was a filthy power builder....
