Using a touch keyboard - on your iPhone, Android, or the Windows 11 touch keyboard, if you want to have finer control over the position of the text cursor, press down on the space bar

If you slide your finger it will move the cursor in the direction

I use some really awesome free open source software called Stretchly that is available for Windows/Mac/Linux which interrupts your screens at intervals like pomodoro and longer breaks at longer intervals to try preventing this.

If you have ADHD and struggle with being consistent with client leads and onboarding I HIGHLY recommend visually mapping out your entire workflow, creating an SOP from it, and follow it to a T. Even after 12 yrs of freelancing if I don’t follow this something invariably falls through the cracks.
