#Tungaloy is so goated with their tool demonstrations. Always showing feeds and speeds, and pushing tools to the limit. Their tooling is also some of my favourite. Their BXA20HS inserts are insane in hardened steel.

Company buys 280KG capacity Yaskawa robot for certain big parts that weigh 100kg(210kg with grippers). I use it for a year, make 100+ big parts and other stuff. They then land a job for 16000 hours of work. The parts weigh 2kg. They now complain the robot is too big 🤷

Turns out CNC means something completely different outside of the machinist trade 😳

Aluminium jigg with 3D printed TPU inserts turned down to size. Threaded over to provide dampening, and to allow for diameter variation for thin walled parts. Mounted to the chuck, so you don't have to insert/remove each part. #CNC #Machining
