Daher wäre es spannend, auch einen Blick auf die Cognitive-Warfare-Programme Russlands und Chinas zu werfen, dies ist jedoch aufgrund der Sprachbarriere und der nicht immer leicht zugänglichen Quellenlage dazu schwierig. Dass die NATO die Kognitive Kriegsführung aktiv vorantreibt und damit die Kriegspropaganda und die damit verbundene Manipulation der Bevölkerung auf ein ganz neues Niveau heben möchte, steht jedoch zweifelsfrei fest und lässt sich gut belegen.
