Many studies now track ADC changes in tumors across different disease sites, and one exciting emerging observation is that changes appear mainly within the first 1-2 weeks of treatment. Gives hope that ADC kinetics will be useful to optimize treatment!

The framing is especially interesting when the paradigm is rapidly evolving. Most patients in MR cohort were treated with 3 fractions, a scheme for which there is no established IGRT standard.

Study begs the question: is the burden of proof on the RO community to show that MR-guidance is superior to CT-guidance (because MR is more expensive than CT) or to show that CT-guidance is non-inferior to MR-guidance (since you can’t see the target on CT)?

Notable as it's from North America, where RTT-led workflow adoption has been slower than in Europe. We need to figure this out globally and minimize obstacles to adapting plans to changing anatomy!
