saw a lowkey snarky video about "a patient not fulfilling basic self care tasks and obviously feeling awful as a result but not realizing it" from a supposed understanding mental health professional and it made me think about how fast id drop my own therapist if i found they made videos like that

its been much worse than expected and i don't like it here 😭😭😭
the last several weeks have been unexpectedly turbulent and now I'm back living with my mom... next year will hopefully be better but having to live here indefinitely doesn't bode well for the mental 😔

its been years at this point but im still reeling over the fact that a licenced therapist at a free CBT clinic actually told me to go ride on public transit for "exposure" for my agoraphobia... during the PEAK of the pandemic...

been playing more 7 days to die and i have many thoughts that boil down to: this game sucks! the few things i enjoy about the game are enough to keep me playing for the next little bit but theres a stink to this release that didnt fully exist when i first played 4 years ago

had a person come into my server the other day asking for help with moving but she did it in the worst way possible and killed any chance for someone in there to actually help....
