I played in Little Rock this weekend with Racetraitor for the first time. It was a blast, I played well, and it felt natural playing with them. All the bands ruled. Bayway changed my life.

Saw Bongripper last night and that was great. It was cool to see them too because their guitar player masters all of our music, including the new album.

I'm putting our album out on April 11th. There's a single coming out this Friday. It's called Certain War.

Re-learning Incarnated Solvent Abuse. I biffed that transition, but that part in particular is probably the hardest thing I know how to play. Unfortunately it's also the whole reason I wanted to learn it😫. That whole song is riff city though.

I do a lot of weightlifting, I'm sure it'll get annoying to see, but my life basically revolves around the workouts nowadays, so I don't have a lot else to post, lol. I've really been able to stay focused, though, and I am exceeding my goals consistently. I feel great.
