April 15th, 2025. The first back/bi day at the new gym was lit. Finally got to use a neutral grip bar for lat pulldowns. Got a serious pump. Lotta growth this month and a lot of cutting down of fat. I do a lot of weightlifting, I'm sure it'll get annoying to see, but my life basically revolves around the workouts nowadays, so I don't have a lot else to post, lol. I've really been able to stay focused, though, and I am exceeding my goals consistently. I feel great.
