The people hoarding housing, raising prices, and gutting labor protections aren’t “bad actors.”
They’re functioning exactly how the system rewards them to.

If you can starve people and get richer doing it, you don’t fix that with incentives.

You end it with power.

If you don’t, you get jail time before trial, overworked defenders, and a prosecutor who’s already betting you’ll plead out.
