For sure it's a good tell if I see someone marking themselves and a spot on the map while plotting a path. On the other hand ... We know the ones lol

But I guess that flows into I personally start getting irked by any UI that's over designed. It's hard to put into words, but Metaphor really started going over that edge for me after Persona 5 hit that line for me but didn't cross it.

I know this isn't really what you were asking for and this is more UX but hey still related lol. Snappiness with any interactive bit of the UI is a must for me. If there's any sort of detectable lag or delay in interaction(even if on purpose/stylized)it becomes something my brain cannot overlook

Agreed, the ooonly thing for me that would have made it better is some editing down of the script and more voiced scenes. But I really loved it!

It just felt very...cozy is the best way to put it haha. Trimmed out a lot of fat and was super fast
