No, he can say whatever he wants over here. While many don't like what he has to say, he won't end up in prison, physically tortured, or dead for saying it. That's the difference (for now).

Yes, they've had a monumentally terrible run - other teams have as well. But that that doesn't tell the whole story of how bad the Rockies have been over their entire history. This graph in the article tells a compelling story of the Rockies' poor ownership and mismanagement.

Section 7(m) of the flag code only requires government offices to lower flags to half-staff for the designated time upon the deaths of government officials or first responders. Charlie Kirk was not a government official nor a first responder.
