I understand it stands for "As Dollar As Possible", which is highly confusing for newspapers trying to convert to convert the rapper to local currency. Also 1 Croatian "Kuna" divides to 100 Lipa, so Dua Lipa is like 2ct, so all her verses might be presented as "my 2 cents".
