We just finished Near Mage by @stuckinattic.bsky.social in four twitch streams (appx 17 hours). An absolute gem of a game and a worthy follow-up to Gibbous. We of course had the blessing of a native Romanian gremlin in @gremlinlite.bsky.social - which added layers upon layers to the experience.

We just finished Near Mage by @stuckinattic.bsky.social in four twitch streams (appx 17 hours). An absolute gem of a game and a worthy follow-up to Gibbous. We of course had the blessing of a native Romanian gremlin in @gremlinlite.bsky.social - which added layers upon layers to the experience.

I know I'll be going against quite a few people, but with Xenoblade Chronicles I find the story in 2 far more engaging than in 1. Why? Because to me it's not the plot in 2 that carries it to its greatness, it's its character driven narrative and character development.

Thank you to #MonolithSoft for not only allowing me to return to Mira w. #XenobladeChroniclesXDE again but this time experiencing it fully with the new content and QoL improvements. Started DE on March 20th, finished it today on April 20th. 217H 57M of my life I have gladly given to MonolithSoft 🦾❤️

How to relax: spend 20 min eye rolling at gamers yelling at each other across a chasm about which is better: switch 2 or steam deck.
I can think of many reasons, Zelda, Xenoblade, Mario etc. and telling me to emulate doesn't count. I don't want to lose my metaphorical balls when Nintendo takes aim
