I recognize the progress behind the fact that a bad day now is 2 slow sets of doubles with what used to be my PR instead of 3 sets, but I'm nowhere near content and have to do way better if I want to achieve my goals. The next 14 months I'm going to rethink everything I've learned to go beyond.

The vibes were feeling just right today after my prescribed lifts, I was buzzing! So I went for a modest 5lb Deadlift PR for a 610lb pull... And forgot to hit record! Gym staff was kind enough to share the CCTV and it moved so well. Perfect RPE9 rep. #powerlifting #Deadlift
