✨ The role:

📍 Hybrid - 2 days a week in our central London office (it’s very lovely!)
💼 FTC – 6 months (with potential to extend)
💰 £40–50k DOE, pro-rata

✨ What we’re looking for:

🕹️ 4–5 yrs PR/Comms exp in gaming (ideally agency or publisher side)
🎯 Contacts at devs/publishers
🎤 Strong media / journalist / creator ties
🚀 Account management + new biz pitching

It's tricky - but once you overcome the hurdle, you see more and more people you recognise every year. Your peers become connections and those connections become your friends - and soon it all seems a little less scary and inaccessible.

But one thing I will say is - it can be overwhelming to come to these things and feel like you don't know anyone.

My first Develop I knew maybe 4 people there and I awkwardly wandered around looking for people to latch onto. This was like a decade ago and I still sometimes feel a little lost.
