195 Kids in the Hall 2022
A really nice comeback to a true classic sketch series. The callbacks of classic characters were well done and didn't overtake the show from doing new things. Tho they didn't establish any new lasting bit within these 8 episodes. Episode 3 is my fave.

194 Blood Hunters ... again
A follow up mini to Blood Hunt the event where there isn't a real tight narrative. Lots of fights with remnants of the vampire army, Dagger and Elsa but heads a bit, Miles shows up and leaves and Hallow's Eve has magic masks. Real thin story.

A follow up mini to Blood Hunt the event where there isn't a real tight narrative. Lots of fights with remnants of the vampire army, Dagger and Elsa but heads a bit, Miles shows up and leaves and Hallow's Eve has magic masks. Real thin story.

Its always fun reading events tie-ins without reading the main series. This is a series of short stories about fighting vampires with through line regarding Dagger and Elsa. The Hulk, Hellcow and Doom stories were standouts, everything else is okay to whatever.

A simple and sweet romance manga about pursuing your artistic goals. Characters are nice, things go down easy and it's a breeze to read. That last chapter does not feel like one, feels like things are gonna continue like usual.

Another early 90's Jump manga that got axed. It tries to do the global adventure thing that Stardust Crusaders has going on but it takes too long to get that going and the group of characters are really one note. Some cool action beats but nothing unique.

Fun adventure and exploration of Dane's issues and depression. Going through Arthurian legends is always fun, Elsa bring s a good amount of humor. The reveal that Jackie is Dane's daughter feels outta place not needed.

An entertaining enough adventure aimed at kids with Riri, Dr Strange, Tony, Cap, Elsa and others team-up to fight Dracula. The most entertaining part for me is the Elsa vs Wolf Cap fight and their subsequent team up. Simple story but it works.
