because i personally disliked the Elpis closed time loop fate nonsense, in my AU Venat, Meteion and Hermes don't actually realize Tsiron is from the(ir) future, they just assume they're dealing with an alien and, later, Venat's idea to create less aetherically-dense people is based on Meteion
