Further updated the combat with gamefeel using hitstop, particles and sounds. Only applied to the player charachter for now as the entire enemy needs to be reworked.

Skeleton has been completely reworked and a bunch of animatioms remade. I tried this time to more accurately recreate Shamshir sword fighting.

I completely redid the player charachter again. There is also now a new skeleton, so all animations will be redone as well.

Unreal's motionwarp plugin only works with rootmotion, so I made my own custom implementation that requires no root motion (and also takes z-axis into account!)

FInaly finished my targeting system and it is quite robust already. It now automatically turns the camera when you select a target as well.

Now the camera can be rotated irregardless of whatever there is a selected target or not. Do you think there still should be an option to lock the camera to the target?
Otherwise when setting a target the camera will rotate towards it but afterwards can be controlled manually?
