Took a lax feeling great
I went from regularly working out 4x a week to not at all. I did 30-1 hr long bike ride 2× and at home weight training 2× (clamshells, bicep curls, crunches, plank).
I just did the hour long bike ride since I haven't in so long, and I literally feel like I'm gonna die LOL. My arms are killing me

So, this only applies to limited people, but if you are wondering why the girl you're trying to swoon doesn't "seem" to like you that much, maybe it's because genuine love and romance takes time to develop with a relationship, and maybe try to be personal of WHO exactly you're with and just general

My availability changed and I told a manger (we have like 5) that I see regularly. It was fine for a few weeks until I was put for a time that wasn't right. I told them and it was a whole big deal bc they couldn't find someone to cover. Then one of my other managers called and said it was a (1/?)
