Piracy affects the revenue stream of a piece of media, which affects the executive producers and other higher ups that receive -actual- residuals not the below the line crew.
The only way it affects below the line is if studios stop hiring purely because of piracy, instead of budget.

Then to top it all off are unimpressive, or outright bad cinematography that makes it out as if every scene wasn’t rehearsed or blocked with a camera on set.

It’s really sad seeing a film based around the wizard of Oz immediately lose me when it shows the yellow brick road as a pastel bland yellow, and the rest of the colour choices, costume design and set design keep with the bland, pastel, colourless tones.
