That's fair. Capturing 2 RF streams has its downsides, and the audio decoding isn't always perfect. I just like having as much raw data as possible since the software gets better with time.

If the tapes have Hi-Fi audio you might want to consider one of the VHS-Decode options that capture the Hi-Fi RF signal in addition to the video RF signal.

And yes, even though it's 2025 I used a valid Windows XP license. I still own valid ones, so why not do it right?
