The best thing to implement to resolve anxiety is a packet of Nutrient Liquid with ITAR-Restricted Psychosuppresants. The next best thing is preparing an action plan and a go-bag ahead of time, and being ready to implement these. Keep an eye on the radar and know your have WEA alerts on your phone.
