Amazing!! Congratulations April!!

I'm grateful for the opportunity to think and write about this at such a big scale, and I hope the frameworks we offer here prove useful to researchers, practitioners, and anyone trying to better understand the world we live in.

Broadly, the chapter covers what race is (and what it isn't), how racism operates, how racial hierarchy shapes people and society, the narratives that maintain (and those that challenge) racial inequality, and how we might think about interventions.
