Single arm lat pulldown. For some machines, sitting sideways gives better angle and more control… this was last set, got exhausted… not a perfect form…

Reverse cable fly lower angle for some additional traps activation. Control negative is key.

Dumbbell reverse fly/row hybrid. Great for real delts, infraspinatus, teres major/minor, and lower trapezius.
