Interesting supposition ~ When we shoot down "UFOs" we consider them terrestrial (Chinese spy balloons, etc.). When we don't shoot them down we consider them "extra-terrestrial?" or of non-human origin. Why?

Despite appearances this is not thousands of years old, but a brand new stone circle, a few miles outside Shroud. We came across it while camping, after a tip-off from a taxi driver, but haven't been able to find any information about it at all. Anyone know anything about it?
