I use a LibreOffice document, alternate the language I'm using each day (I write at least one entry in it) and use LanguageTool to check the grammar. I find it very helpful.

In my mind that happens often, I keep mixing words and grammars, whatever is simpler gets priority
In Brazilian tech groups it's common to mix English words into conversation, as many technical terms don't have a translation and we also consume lots of English-language content (e.g. memes)
