I will do my best to have extras of everything! And someday I will get organized enough to return to also offering individual months for purchase once subscribers have gotten their stuff... it’s a little tricky to do that because I have overseas subscriber who gets quarterly shipments.

Everybody gets the same sort of shiny every month regardless of where they are on the sliding scale, but if you want to do a more customized piece one month we can definitely talk! I’ve also had people ask for a custom piece to match a specific month, and I usually have enough extra to do that.

You can always subscribe and do the preferences survey later! I don’t need to know until around January 10th when I start working on the first shipment. ☺️

(Aside from being the target of Kitten Crimes, this is a good step up from AeroGarden-type systems if you’re also tired of playing e.coli/listeria/salmonella roulette with salad greens from the grocery store. It’s the 108 plant sites unit from Vivosun; actual capacity is only about half that many.)

(Also flawed stones are way more interesting than perfectly clear flawless stones. Fight me.)

I just don’t like the way we’re being so heavily pushed towards using AI to “fix” art. Why are we so afraid of imperfection?

(Rhetorical question. Mostly.)

I can pretty confidently say that every piece of jewelry I’ve made over the past 20+ years has some sort of imperfection in the wirework. Sometimes my symmetry is a little off, sometimes I scratch up the wire with my pliers, sometimes the wire just doesn’t want to do what I think it should.

... and I just set all but four things in the shop to "make me an offer." Make a wish and see if you get lucky?

This experiment ends at the beginning of Boxing Day (Dec 26) when the usual Year End Sale will begin and run through New Year's Day.

This one is particularly nice with that rainbow-y oval shimmer, but they’re all really pretty. About the size of a quarter, nice workmanship on both the carving and the inlay.

I’m doing it a little differently this year - you’ll order through the website and then fill out the preferences survey, and I’ll make them and start shipping the first week in January. Streamlines things a bit for me since I won’t need to keep track of a bunch of individual custom listings.
