Sometimes, when he fails badly enough, Trump can be forced to do the thing he says he never does: back down.

Today is just one more turn on the roller coaster - but it is more evidence of why we can't give up or let up.

You set the house on fire, watched it burn, and then lost your nerve and put it out. You now have a partially burned house. Great job.

Fact: shutting down USAID has grain from US farmers sitting in the docks in Houston.

Grain is perishable and so are the people the grain was intended for.

This impacts friends and neighbors in agriculture.

Does this hit close to home for all of us? If you don't think so, you might reconsider.

Officially this is the second highest one day total of snow in FC NE. Looks lovely until you have to scoop out. But our neighbor and some of my hub's former students helped! It is a day closer to spring!

I watched the memorial services for President Jimmy Carter yesterday. I teared up when the band played Hail to the Chief at the Carter Center.

It caught me off guard. Upon reflection, I was tearing up because the man and his family had RESPECT for people. ALL PEOPLE.

Can we get back to that?

“Books have the ability to change lives and save lives,” says @librarianjones.com. Facing backlash for speaking out against book bans inspired her book ‘That Librarian.’

Velshi Banned Book Club: ‘That Librarian’ stands up to censorship
Librarians' careful curation of books are crucial to children’s development, ability to evaluate credible sources, and capacity to cultivate empathy and understanding. In ‘That Librarian,’ Jones argues that book bans not only threaten our freedom to read, but also puts librarians’ lives and livelihoods at risk. “I want my students, and I want everyone in my community to learn to be critical thinkers,” Jones says; and without libraries, this can be difficult to achieve. Moving forward, Jones urges people to take a close look at what’s happening to libraries within their own communities and schools.

Bondi must be asked at her confirmation hearing if Trump lost the election in 2020. Unless her answer is yes, the Senate must reject her nomination. You can't be an election denier & the attorney general joycevance.substack.com/p/gaetz-out
