The "blockify" comand now allows you to specify the maximum output size, allowing you to control the resolution of the blockified image.
The block palette for "blockify" has been updated with the new 1.21.5-1.21.9 block textures.

"upscale" - Upscale pixel art using various algorithms: "xbrz", "xbrznaa", "xbrzt", "xbrztnaa", "cleanedge"
"packpng" - Render a resource pack's "pack.png". Images are ordered as top, left, and right, with at least one image required
