Images marked as spoilers will no longer be embedded directly into message quotes.
Fixed using commands as a user install when in a channel where embed links or attach files permissions have been denied for you.

New image shortcut: Colour
Use "colour:<colour>" in any image command to input that colour as an image, for example: "colour:red", "colour:#ff00ff". You can also specify image size: "colour:red:128"

FAQs v3.0
FAQs have been completely rewritten (again!)
Categories have been added so that FAQs are now grouped by category!
The new system drops the question part of the FAQ and instead replaces it with a primary ID.
Example:
instead of:
"Where can i watch a tutorial?"
