Storm #2 cont.: Breezy conditions will also be possible. Gusts up to 45 mph along the coast (up to 35 mph in the valley). Flooding and power outages will be possible. 1-3 ft of snow is also possible over the Cascades as snow levels lower Thursday night into Friday.
