We've got people in heated flats, scrolling iPhones, claiming they're traumatised by melting ice caps they read about.
Meanwhile actual Pacific Islanders are watching the ocean swallow their homes.
One of these is trauma. The other is just... worry. Like humans have always experienced.👇

We've taken the word "trauma" and inflated it like currency in a collapsing economy.
Now EVERYTHING is trauma:

Wrong coffee order? Trauma.
Bad tweet? Traumatised.
Someone disagreed with you? Literally traumatic.
Read about climate change? Need therapy.👇

You know what they don't need?
A one-size-fits-all council pathway administered by someone whose previous job was processing parking permits.
But here's what we've done instead...👇

Let's start with what real trauma looks like:

Soldiers who can't sleep without seeing their friends die
Rape survivors who flinch at unexpected touch years later
Abuse victims whose childhoods were stolen, and more.

These people need REAL help. Specialised, intensive, professional help. 👇
