Over the following years the symptoms started to get too bad for medicine to control. It was time for DBS. 2 Electrodes were inserted into my globus pallidus, essentially eliminating all of the tremors and dyskinesia.

After a year of testing and various diagnoses they finally did a DATScan and confirmed that it was Parkinson's. I was 35 at the time. Most of my symptoms at the time were treatable with medication.

February 2018 I suddenly developed Parkinson's symptoms on my right side. Over the following weeks I had to teach myself to do everything left-handed, usually by mirroring the activity with both hands at the same time.
