For anyone confused about this, TV Party was a literally a party which was broadcast on a local cable network, hosted by Interview Mag editor Glenn O'Brien and featuring a menagerie of his downtown NY mates including Chris Stein, Basquiat, Fab 5 Freddy, and Walter Steding on violin in the clip
