Deciding on a mount and moulding for my Shepard Fairey silkscreen print of Paul Weller based on Steve Rapport’s original photograph. Signed by them both and limited to 500. First time I’ve had it out of the tube today! Smells amazing, looks even better!

Cheeky eBay purchase just arrived all the way from Anaheim CA (I blame @richards7370.bsky.social for the #debutalbums0004 excitement).

Remarkably intact after 5,500 miles in feeble packaging.

What’s that? Did I spent £30 on a 30-year anniversary 12” of Born Slippy today? Yes. Yes I did 🫣

Discovered today that he’s been writing these bangers for Olivia Dean that have been clogging up the top 10 for weeks!

S/T debut with a lead single referencing the plot of A Midsummer Night's Dream? Now you're talking!

Super happy to have spotted a few of these imported represses of Miles Davis’s “Doo Bop” in the wild here in the UK. Hip Hop beats with his muted horn. So good

Who remembers the NME proclaiming The Vines to have saved rock n roll? I saw them at the Paradise rock club on Commonwealth Ave in Boston at the peak of the frenzy.

For anyone who likes Miles Davis’ early 90’s hip hop album. Some represses from Warner Argentina have made their way to Juno and a couple of other places. Grab while you can!

Time for him to be sacked from high office for a third (or fourth? time). Slimy worm of a man.

Getting kind of obsessed with listening to this Ethel Cain album with headphones on before bed. Last night I even stayed awake to the end. Wonderful record and I have her debut album to discover still.

@lonesomebluejay.bsky.social I feel like this new Ethel Cain album would be your kind of thing? Have you heard it?

Someone’s wrongly listed a pressing on discogs (by a mere 21 years) sold it to me and gone to ground when I’ve politely pointed out the very obvious error and asked for a full refund and return. I’m sure it will get sorted but it’s just the whole palava isn’t it? Ffs!

These five Donald Byrd titles have proven themselves quite elusive to me on vinyl so I have acquired these wonderful NM Japanese “mini-LP” CD’s to tide me over until Bluenote reissues them. Personally need a magnifying glass to read the liner notes though 🧐🤣
