I disagree that this is anything approaching ragebait - and unsure that I agree that no discourse can be held today by trans people, but thank you for sharing your views.

It seems like the correlation completely escaped Katelyn's attention until it was brought up.

Should nothing but TDOR pieces be printed by trans reporters today? Or is this specifically that the article is on a trans person that others find problematic? I am really curious by this response - trans reporters and opinion writers shouldn't be constrained moreso than cis reporters today IMO.

Instead of asking Kat about policy, other things that candidates need to know, the reported tried to push Kat to say things about her case that could only incriminate Kat or frustrate her lawsuit. So Kat left instead of incriminating herself.

Won't lie - just read this last night and the creatine section cracked me up.

Quick q - if one has had bottom surgery - you didn't really talk about levels other than keeping them above 100 for bone density. I assume the 200 trough is still fine? Thanks!

lol you two. Adorkable.

Ari you draw so much more unnecessary criticism than like any other mutual I know.

I have a grad degree in AI from a decade ago and still have no clue how this went from amyloid plaques to "amybid plakes".

Ok, I do know, and its exactly the same reason the algorithms would interpret a mouse shape with skin the texture of an elephant as an elephant when humans would say mouse.

UNC: who could have seen this coming?

Everybody else: uhhh, me?

Its so funny because my best friend keeps trying to make me more feminine when I'm like "I already feel like myself".

As if we didn't see through the flaws of social construction around gender and enjoy being free to be a bit queer....

I think many view us as a goal though, of someone unflappable and who they could be in the future. They don't like the idea of still facing the pains they are currently experiencing - and so when we have hardships it destroys the fantastic illusion.

Such a different boat than me - I have more friends in my life than ever before - but that is mostly due to making a really good friend in the middle of two huge social networks. Without her very much ostracizing the vocal bigots from the networks - I wouldn't have had the opportunities to connect.

Just being a seemingly well adjusted mid-life trans woman after transitioning 2+ years makes you a Mama to like the whole community too... Sigh.

Definitely! I'm neurodivergent Af - but hyperfixation helped me little bit because Saxon triggered my puzzle curiosity. But that it was basically just problem sets, I still didn't understand the core math behind it - only how the concepts were applied at exactly the level of the problem sets.

Similar story here - though I was able to figure out a lot from the texts enough to do well enough on the SAT (think I got a 700 on the math portion). But when I took my first linear algebra class (CS major) in college - I was blown away at how much more enjoyable math became with an actual teacher!

Society (assuming queer society?) oppressing straight trans women

is this a real thing? Curious because I'm not online that much and just finally realized I'm straight (not ace).

Kinda sucks if so. Aren't we the Love is Love crowd?

Ex-soy-lent idea!

Reposting the Caraballo post is still doing just that though
