The aerodynamics of #Rally1 cars are designed (and wind tunnel tested) to work at maximum angles of 20º. But reality proves that the cars are placed at higher angles in some corners (up to 40º), such as in #RallyChile SS12 yesterday

Škoda has also been working this week on the development of the Fabia RS #rally2 , testing a car with a new, bigger roof scoop to improve temperature inside the vehicle, but which could affect the performance of the rear wing due to the increased wake from the enlarged intake.

Today's FIA WMSC approved the reference volumes for WRC27 cars bodywork, a zone of the bodywork where all of the bodywork panels must be located but with freedom to integrate almost any design, which confirms that 2027 regulations will be open to a huge variety of bodywork designs
