Deporting American citizens—even those with criminal records—to foreign prisons is unconstitutional and violates core due process protections. The White House has stated it will decide who qualifies for deportation. Will protesting eventually be deemed a crime—and a deportable offense?

This is so blatantly un-Constitutional that it’s insane. It violates the amendment barring cruel and unusual punishment, cuts off access to due process and legal representation, and is effectively selling human beings into either slavery or death camps.
