I had a pair just like that. Th black fellow (Brother Justin) did a LOT of the work taming the tabby (Slim). They were definitely more than friends.

Still. It's more than dreams. Kate doesn't get on with anyone especially well, but when it gets chilly enough she will pretend that her brother isn't cuddling with her.
