I’ve always been able to make something uncool, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve gained the ability to make something uncool with greater speed. I wish I’d discovered this 6, 7 years ago.

Finished my first week on a new medication and am down 10 pounds. At this rate, I will cease to exist around next March, so if you need anything, let me know. (Everything’s fine. There’s a little side effect curve.)

A scientific advancement I appreciated today: When I was a kid, it felt like my brothers and I had about 25 minutes to drink a new gallon of milk before it expired. I just bought a gallon of milk with an expiration date in January. (Yes, I know expiration dates are varying amounts of real.)

So true. And it’s just a lot of fun. Shoutout @upimprov.bsky.social if you’re in the Seattle area. Great classes for all experience levels.
For those that create content I strongly recommend taking an improv class or two. Even if you aren’t funny (which is a talent and not a skill that you can learn) you will benefit immensely in knowing how to engage with an audience better!
